The firm also handles a large volume of appellate work. This includes evaluating and litigating appeals, preparing post-trial motions, as well as briefing and arguing before various Courts of Appeals in Ohio. Several members of our firm have appeared before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Our litigation philosophy is simple. The client, after consultation with the firm, chooses the lawyer in the firm best suited to handle each individual case. In 1993, our founder Roger H. Williams formed a law firm in Hudson, Ohio. His vision was to provide efficient, quality legal representation to individuals, businesses and insurance carriers throughout Ohio. Since that time the attorneys of the firm that grew to become Williams, Moliterno & Scully have routinely handled legal matters throughout Central and Northern Ohio. With great pride, the attorneys of Williams, Moliterno & Scully continue to honor Roger’s vision today and into the future.

Mr. Williams retired from the firm in 2020. He has since gone on to work as a private mediator with Vineyard Mediations, LLC. William F. Scully Jr. joined the firm in 1998, practicing with the firm until his retirement in 2015. The firm continues to provide legal advice and representation under its present managing partner, Lou Moliterno.

Ian Luschin joined the firm in 2006.  He is a partner.  He has handled countless matters for the firm’s clients over the years.  His focus is insurance defense, including auto accident injury litigation, insurance coverage matters, and homeowner’s claims.  His goal is to provide the firm’s clients with efficient and efficacious results.

Walter Krohngold joined the firm as a partner in 2019.  Walter brings with him 32 years of defense litigation experience, including well over 100 jury trials and has played an important role in the firm’s growth.

Josephine Prokop joined the firm as an attorney in 2018.  In keeping with the firm’s practice to provide exceptional legal services, Josephine strives to resolve cases through negotiation, mediation and trial in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Marshall Evans joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2024.  Having passed the Ohio Bar Exam that year, he joined while new to the practice of law and the Northeastern Ohio legal community as a whole.  He has since taken on cases involving disputed liability collisions, probate proceedings, and pre-suit global settlements.  He hopes to master the art of insurance defense work as the firm’s latest associate.
