About

Josephine Prokop received her undergraduate degree from Heidelberg University, Tiffin, Ohio (B.A. 1982) with a double major in political science and history.  She attended Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland, Ohio (B.A. 1984).  Josie joined WMS in 2018 after spending 20 years as Senior Litigation Counsel for an insurance company where she defended cases in most of the counties  throughout Ohio.   In addition to her legal work, Josie has served on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, was Chairman of the Litigation Section of the Ohio Bar Association and served as District Governor for Lions Clubs International.  Josie remains active in service and is a Board Member for Ohio Lions Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation as well as Legal Director for Ohio Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation.  Josie is married to Jim Prokop and has one son, Paul.
