Experienced and motivated former insurance defense counsel interested in assisting in resolving any and all disputes, both in litigation and pre-litigation.  Practicing attorney for 40 years in the insurance defense industry.  Owned and managed the law firm of Williams, Moliterno & Scully Co., L.P.A. for 27 years (1993-2020).  Tried to verdict 223 jury trials during a period of between 1995 and 2020.  Successful mediations can and should be resolved within a reasonable length of time depending on the circumstances.

$300.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum and one-hour preparation charge with no charge for travel.  In addition, if the matter is not resolved at the mediation hearing there is no additional charge for any follow up work on the part of the mediator including but not limited to telephone conferences and/or Mediator’s Proposal.  CV available upon request.
