In Lu Jordan v. Giant Eagle Supermarket, et al., 2020-Ohio-109304, the Eighth District Court of Appeals affirmed the Trial Court’s decision granting Giant Eagle’s motion for judgment on the pleadings thereby dismissing a claim for wrongful imprisonment, breach of contract, deprivation of Constitutional Rights and discrimination.
